TNT Strength and Fitness


My name is Tyler and I own and manage TNT Strength and Fitness!

​Here at TNT Strength and Fitness I aim to give the highest quality coaching that I can. MY goal is to help YOU reach your health and fitness goals in the best and safest way possible! 

Growing up I played a wide variety of sports like soccer, baseball, basketball (and more). In high school I brought my focus to playing tennis through college and still today. Tennis is by far my biggest passion.

I have been coaching for 9 years. My first three years I trained clients out of a commercial gym as that location's Master Trainer then I decided I could be of better use to people on my own at a private gym. I have worked with clients ranging from 17 year olds wanting to get stronger for sports all the way to 80+ year old clients wanting help improving their quality of life!

All of these experiences have given me the knowledge to help you get you where you want to be no matter what your goal is. I can help you set up proper programming for YOUR desires, help set realistic short and long-term goals, hold you accountable, and make the process fun! 

I am certified through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as a Specialist in Strength and Conditioning as well as Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement.

With my background in sports and powerlifting and the certifications I hold in corrective exercise and performance enhancement I can truly give a custom program that actually makes a difference!

"Tyler is great! I came to him looking specifically for someone who knew a lot about lifting and was able to understand my specific goals. He's extremely knowledgeable and designed a thoughtful program, which I really enjoy. He does a good job of pushing me to get better; the workouts are hard, but I also know that he will not push me to the point of injury because he understands anatomy, and how to program correctly so that the exercises compliment each other. Personally, he's quite friendly and funny, so the workouts go by faster. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone who really knows what they are doing!"
